FG builds additional classrooms for Jos oldest primary school

Respite is coming the way of pupils of Anguwan Rogo Primary School of Jos North Local Government Area of Plateau State as it is getting six more classrooms to accommodate its nearly 4,000 pupils population. Benue/Plateau Trust reports that six classrooms are now under construction by the Presidency under the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG), which covers improvement in the education sector.

The 45-year old Primary school has been the only public school in the area that is accommodating six communities of  Anguwan Rogo, Anguwan Rimi, Zinaria, Sukuwa, Ring Road and Hayingada. With just 12 classrooms the school has to be divided into morning and evening segments to cater for the children in the communities.
